At Behenman, we want your shopping and training experience to be as smooth as possible. Below are answers to the most common questions we receive.

Orders & Payments

• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept all major debit/credit cards, EFT, and secure online payments through Shopify’s trusted payment gateways.
• Can I pay cash on delivery?
  At this stage, we do not offer cash on delivery. All payments must be made online before dispatch.
• How do I know if my order went through?
  Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking number when it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

• How long does delivery take?
  2–5 business days for major cities, and up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
• Do you deliver outside South Africa?
  No, we currently only deliver within South Africa.
• Which courier do you use?
  We deliver through The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s most reliable couriers.

Returns & Refunds

• What is your return policy?
  You may return items within 7 days of delivery (ECTA cooling-off period) or within 6 months if defective (CPA).
• Can I return used fitness gear?
  For hygiene reasons, used resistance bands or mats cannot be returned unless faulty.
• How long does a refund take?
  Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Products & Usage

• Are your resistance bands durable?
  Yes — our bands are made from premium materials designed for long-lasting strength and flexibility.
• Do you include a workout guide?
  Yes — we include a free digital workout guide with every resistance band purchase.
• Which band is right for me?
  Beginners can start with lighter resistance (1–3kg). Advanced users can choose higher resistance (4–5kg) or combine bands for progression.
